Technical Officer

REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities

  • Report to Technical Manager / Assistant Technical Manager, the incumbent is responsible for R&M (Repair & Maintenance) of commercial, industrial, residential and office properties in compliance with relevant statutory requirements
  • Prepare & arrange tender/quotation documents & sketches, job orders, payment settlements, etc. via computer systems
  • Follow up on liaison, coordination, supervision, monitoring, T&C (Testing and Commissioning) with site technicians, management colleagues, outsource contractors & consultants of various works till completion and payment settlement
  • Coordinate with tenants, landlords, occupiers, Leasing team, Marketing team, management team, Public Utilities and Government Authority in related to fitting out control
  • Perform project management duties on fitting-out, A&A works, improvement works & feasibility studies, etc.

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in any disciplines, preferably in Property & Facility Management or relevant disciplines
  • At least 2 years’ experiences in property management
  • Independent with good communication skill and able to work under pressure
  • Good customer service skill
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing is essential
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
