first joined the Group (the Company together with its subsidiaries, collectively the “Group”) in 1993 (thereafter left the Group for a short duration during 2009 and re-joined the Group in the same year) and is the Group Financial Controller. Ms. Chau holds a Master of Professional Accounting degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She is a fellow member of both of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Ms. Chau is responsible for the accounting, financial reporting and taxation affairs. She has over 36 years of experience in the fields of auditing, accounting, financial reporting and taxation. Ms. Chau also acts as a director of certain subsidiaries of the Company.

joined the Group in 2007 and is the Head of Leasing Department. Mr. Cheung is a chartered surveyor. He holds a Bachelor Degree of Business Administration (Honours) in Marketing from the City University of Hong Kong and a Master Degree of Science in Real Estate from The University of Hong Kong. He is also a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Mr. Cheung is responsible for the real estate asset management. He has over 22 years of relevant experience. Mr. Cheung also acts as a director of certain subsidiaries of the Company.

joined the Group in 2009 and is the Senior Legal Counsel of Legal Department. Mr. Kwan is a practicing solicitor. He holds a Bachelor Degree of Laws from University of London. Mr. Kwan is responsible for overseeing legal aspects of the Group’s various businesses, including mergers and acquisition, project development, commercial investment, real estate transaction. He has over 37 years of legal experience.

Various businesses and functions of the Company are significantly under the direct responsibilities of the Executive Directors who are also regarded as senior executives of the Company.
