REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities
-
Provide quality property management service for a portfolio of residential properties

Monitor the maintenance, security and cleaning services of the properties
-
Handle enquiries, complaints and emergency incidents
Perform administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
-
Diploma or above in any disciplines, preferably in Property & Facility Management or relevant disciplines
-
At least 2 years’ experiences in property management
-
Independent with good communication skill and able to work under pressure
-
Good customer service skill
-
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing is essential
-
Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
