Guest Service Officer / Assistant Guest Service Officer
DEPARTMENT
Building Management Department
REQUIREMENTS
  • F.5, 2 years' experience in customer service
  • Pro-active, polite, with good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • Knowledge of typing and Microsoft Applications
  • Responsible for answering customers' enquiries, assist and providing property management services 
  • 6-day work

            (Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Guest Service Officer)
