joined the Company in 2003 and is the Group Financial Controller and the Company Secretary of the Company, Chinese Estates Holdings Limited (the holding company of the Company) and Chi Cheung Investment Company, Limited (a fellow subsidiary of the Company). Mr. Lam is a Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant (Practising).  He holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom. Mr. Lam has over 32 years of experience in auditing, finance and accounting.
