REQUIREMENTS
- Monitor the contractor works and site progress for assurance of quality, workmanship and compliance of statutory requirements
- Diploma in Building / Construction Studies or equivalent
- 10 years' experience in the same capacity or as an on-site inspector with developer or architectural firm, of which 5 years for PRC project
- Well versed in coordination of services and construction details
- Familiar with PRC building regulations
- Proven track record on large scale property development project in PRC
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
