Building Services Inspector

REQUIREMENTS
  • Co-ordinate with consultants & BS contractors to check the workmanship and verify related materials
  • Higher Certificate / Certificate in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 6 years' building services installation experience for fitting-out work & residential projects, of which 3 years for PRC project
  • Familiar with PRC building regulations
  • Proven track record on large scale property development project in PRC
