REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree / Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building Studies, Building Surveying or related discipline
  • Holder of professional qualification or traders' certificates is an advantage
  • 4 years' relevant experience in property management company, consultant or contractor firm
  • Hands-on experience in property maintenance, addition & alteration works, fitting-out, and reinstatement works
