Assistant Technical Manager
DEPARTMENT
Building Management Department
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Building Surveying or Building Services Engineering
  • Qualified Building Surveyor or Building Services Engineer with 3 years' post-qualification experiences is an advantage
  • Possess supervisory experience in managing both of the builder's, E&M maintenance and installation works, particularly for commercial properties
  • Abe to lead a technical team for the repairing, maintenance and fitting-out works of the Group's properties
  • Strong leadership skill that could drive quality services
