POSITION
Senior Estate Manager
DEPARTMENT
Building Management Department
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Property Management or relevant discipline
  • Holder of professional qualification (e.g. AHKIS / ARICS / MICH, etc.)
  • At least 10 years' solid experience in property management, of which 5 years in managerial level
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operation of a property management company, directly report to the Executive Director
  • Supervise both the property management and technical teams to provide full range of high standard service
  • Able to work independently with excellent leadership and communication skills
