POSITION
General Manager - Leasing
DEPARTMENT

REQUIREMENTS
  • University graduate, HKIS/RCIS/Chartered Surveyor (GP) preferred
  • Acquainted with related ordinance and regulations in leasing and building management matters
  • 10 years' relevant experience, of which 5 years in similar capacity in sizable developer
  • Proven track record in leasing of Grade-A commercial building & shopping arcade and marketing new shopping mall
  • Plan & develop the overall leasing and marketing strategies of our property portfolio
  • Monitor market research, analyse and review competitive market in order to prepare appropriate proposal such as trade & tenant mix to the management
  • Oversee and lead the leasing department to strive for optional business returns
  • Extensive networking with tenants and business partners
  • Sensitive to the property market situation, aggressive and creative
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
