Estate Manager
DEPARTMENT
Building Management Department
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Property Management or relevant discipline
  • Holder of professional qualification (e.g. AHKIS / ARICS / MCIH, etc.) preferred
  • At least 8 years' solid experience in property management company, of which 4 years in managerial level
  • To provide comprehensive property management services including budgetary control, repair and maintenance, day-to-day operations, etc
  • Able to work independently with excellent leadership and communication skills
