Assistant Project Manager - PRC Project
DEPARTMENT
Project Development Department
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Architecture or related disciplines, Registered Architect and conversant with rules in China
  • 4-6 years' practical experience in property development / project management, of which 3 years for PRC project
  • Familiar with PRC building regulations
  • Proven track record on large scale property development project in PRC
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
