  • Degree in Property Management / Building Surveying / Building Services Engineering or relevant discipline
  • At least 8 years' experience in property management and building maintenance, of which at least 3 years in managerial level
  • To provide comprehensive property management services including budgetary control, repair and maintenance, day-to-day operations, etc
