REQUIREMENTS

  • Solicitor qualified in HKSAR with at least 5 years' post qualification experience gained in sizeable law firms or listed companies
  • Proven knowledge and skills in handling corporate financing, capital market and derivatives transactions, including drafting transactional documents
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese with excellent presentation and communication skills
