Assistant Leasing Officer

REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Real Estate / Surveying or related discipline
  • 1-2 years' experience in leasing of shopping malls and/or retail shops and/or office buildings, preferably with property developer
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good presentation, negotiation and communication skills
