• University graduate, Chartered Surveyor (GP) preferred
• 8 years' relevant experience in leasing shopping mall and/or commercial building, of which 5 years in managerial level, preferably with property developer
• Experience in working on new development preferred
• Responsible for overall leasing and marketing functions of the prestigious property portfolio
• Lead a dynamic team to work on lease negotiation, exploring new tenants and tenancy administration
• Prepare and provide marketing strategies / analysis on trade mix and tenant mix to the management
• Implement and manage strategic marketing initiatives and plans
• Strong leadership, communication skill & strong market sense
