REQUIREMENTS
- University graduate, Chartered Surveyor (GP) preferred
- At least 8 years' relevant experience, of which 3 years in managerial level
- Relevant experience in managing shopping malls and/or commercial buildings in sizable developer
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong communication and leadership skills, strong market sense and able to work under pressure
